Meridian Stud graduates shine in the USA

The start of the 2021 eventing season over in the USA, saw some brilliant results for Meridian Stud graduates.

MW Gangster’s Game and Daniel Clasing, started as they mean to go on with a win and Millfield Lancando (Booli Selmayr) followed up his 4th placing earlier in the month with a 6th in the AI at Pinetop. Also great to see Fernhill Freestyle stepping up effortlessly to Intermediate this spring under Zachary Brandt.

Aston Event Report

Piccolo V feeling on top form out on cross country at the weekend, after pointing his toes very well for a 22 dressage 💫

Annoyingly I didn’t quite bring my a game in the showjumping for two down, but he felt brilliant overall.

Really looking forward to taking him to his first international at Hartpury in a couple of weeks time 💪🏼

We Did It!

As I write this blog, I have now had a bit of time to reflect on Hugo and I’s biggest challenge to date – Badminton Horse Trials, and wow what an incredible time we had.

Arriving at this historic Gloucestershire event is pretty special. The emotions are almost indescribable as you pull in, see the beautiful house and then unload into the stables that have housed so many great equine superstars. All the build-up, years of dreaming and working hard, and you are finally there with it all set out before you. However, as we all know with horses, there is never too much time to dwell as you have to focus on the job in hand!
