Over the weekend we waved goodbye to our total yard legend Belle, as she headed off on her next adventure to a fabulous new home.
Bred in Ireland, we bought her off the Welsh hillside as a feral 3YO and we have had many many happy memories with her over the last 6 years. A true all rounder, she was consistently placed at novice level eventing, alongside being a top class hunter, and being the horse everyone in the yard fought over to ride! Luckily we have her son Dragonfly (bred here at Meridian Stud by embryo transfer) waiting in the wings as the next generation!
Belle will be greatly missed, but we wish her and her new owner all the best and can’t wait to see them out and about!
